Our facilitation fee is the same whether it's online or in-person. Travel expenses and material fees are discussed with each client for in-person events.

We provide facilitated workplace conflict resolution services to help teams work through tension and rebuild trust. The focus is on supporting psychologically safe teams and improving collaboration.

We use a future-focused, one-on-one approach that generates solutions from the parties involved so we can create a sustainable agreement they're committed to. An intervention can occur between two people on a team, or the entire team. Don't be afraid to reach out if you'd like more information.

Good workplace mental health work isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach.With more than 13 years of experience in workplace mental health, psychological health and safety, employee relations, and leadership development, I bring both expertise and real-world experience to every engagement. I’ve worked with organizations across healthcare, transportation, education, technology, non-profits, associations, and the resource sector, and have developed programs for organizations including the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, Ottawa Public Health, and the Mental Health Commission of Canada.My goal is simple: to create practical solutions that make a meaningful difference. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, developing a customized program, or helping an organization navigate a complex workplace intervention, I take the time to understand your people, your culture, your challenges, and what success looks like for you.WorkshopsUp to 2 hours: $3,000 + HSTFull day: $5,000 + HSTThe investment is the same whether your workshop is delivered virtually or in person. For in-person sessions, travel and material costs are added to the final invoice.My workshops are designed to be engaging, practical, and relevant, not simply a presentation of information. Participants leave with strategies, tools, and frameworks they can actually use.Program Development$300 + HST per hourWhen you need something more than a one-off workshop, I can develop a customized program around your organization's specific goals, challenges, and audience.Program development is billed hourly at $300 + HST. My approach is future-focused, designed to move people away from rehashing past issues and toward identifying practical solutions and sustainable agreements.As a general guide, interventions typically require approximately 10 hours for preparation, reviewing interviews, and agreement development, plus approximately 2 hours per interviewee. Travel costs are added to the final invoice.Because every intervention is different, I’ll work with you to determine the appropriate scope and provide clarity around the anticipated investment before we begin.Is It Worth the Investment?I believe the better question is: what is the cost of not addressing the issue?The right workshop can give leaders practical tools before a problem escalates. The right program can build capability that lasts well beyond a single training session.
